The 20-yard roll-off

The 20-yard is our larger option, built for bigger and heavier jobs.

Great for: full-home remodels, flooring and drywall removal, large cleanouts, and new-construction debris.
Dimensions: about 14 ft long, 7 ft wide, and 6 ft high.
Holds about: 7 to 9 pickup truck loads of debris.
Included weight: 3,000 lbs.
Price: $450 for 3 days or $495 for 7 days.

When a project produces a lot of volume or heavy material, the 20-yard saves you from ordering a second dumpster.

How to choose: a quick rule of thumb

Choose the 15-yard if it is a single room, a cleanout, or a weekend project.
Choose the 20-yard if it is a whole-house project or anything involving construction debris.

Still on the fence? It is usually smarter to size up slightly than to run out of space. One roll-off that fits everything is cheaper than two that do not.

Do not forget about weight

Every roll-off has an included weight allowance: 2,000 lbs on the 15-yard and 3,000 lbs on the 20-yard. Please note that heavy materials like concrete, dirt, tile, and shingles are not allowed in our roll-offs.
