Roll-Off Sizes That Fit Your Project
15 yard roll off dumpster
About 14 ft long, 7 ft wide, and 4 ft high with 2,000 lbs included. A good fit for small renovations, single-room remodels, flooring and cabinet tear-outs, and short cleanups. Flat rate: $350 (3-day) or $395 (7-day).
20 yard roll off dumpster
About 14 ft long, 7 ft wide, and 6 ft high with 3,000 lbs included. The better choice for larger remodels, tenant improvements, and new construction debris. Flat rate: $450 (3-day) or $495 (7-day).
Weight matters as much as volume. Drywall, flooring, and wet materials are heavy, so a 20-yard can reach its weight allowance before it is full. Not sure which size you need? Call for a quick recommendation, or read our 15 vs 20 yard guide.

Placement and Pickup Tips
Choose a flat, accessible spot close to the work area, clear of low wires and branches, and keep the pickup spot open. A blocked location can lead to a $75 return trip fee. If the dumpster needs to go on a street or public right-of-way, check local rules first and tell us the spot so we can plan delivery.
Common Commercial and Construction Projects
Remodels and Renovations:
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cabinets, and drywall tear-outs.
New Construction:
Framing scraps, packaging, and punch-list cleanup.
Tenant Improvements:
Interior demolition and commercial space cleanouts.
Property Turnovers:
Landlords and property managers clearing units between tenants, plus office, warehouse, and storage cleanouts.
If the job makes debris, the right roll-off keeps your site clean and safe.
What You Can (and Can’t) Toss
Allowed:
Framing lumber, drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, packaging, and general job site trash.
Prohibited:
Tires, paint, chemicals, motor oil, gasoline, propane tanks, batteries, concrete, rock, gravel, dirt, sand, shingles, hazardous waste, and animal carcasses. Prohibited items can carry extra charges. Refrigerators and A/C units with Freon are $50 per unit, need preapproval, and must be clear of rotting food and debris.
Smart Loading Tips to Maximize Capacity
Put flat, heavy items down first, break bulky pieces apart, keep weight balanced, and stay below the rim so we can haul it safely.
Transparent Pricing, Real Savings
Your flat rate covers delivery, pickup, and the included weight: 2,000 lbs on the 15-yard and 3,000 lbs on the 20-yard. Extra weight is $50 per additional 1,000 lbs, and material above the rim can add a $50 over-height fee.
Military members and first responders get $25 off. Just mention it when you call to book. See all rates on our Services page.
Sustainability Matters
We haul to licensed facilities and divert recyclable and reusable material from the landfill when we can, so your project goes a little easier on the community and the environment.
