Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We strive for 100% satisfaction with our dumpster rental service.  Due to the nature of our product offerings, we only allow refunds related to delivery scheduling issues.   If the Customer and Freedom Dumpsters can’t agree on a  delivery date that accommodates both parties, the customer can request and receive a refund.  

To be eligible for a refund, prior to delivery, please contact us and we will cancel your order and process a refund.  Once the dumpster is delivered, there are no refund options.
